1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 5mwb platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 5mwb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 5mwb with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and 5mwb relating to the subject matter hereof.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 5mwb Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 5mwb or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by 5mwb or its affiliates.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

5mwb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Age Verification

5mwb employs identity verification procedures at the point of registration and prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) to verify your age and identity. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offense under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 5mwb Platform, you must create a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by 5mwb for breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5mwb Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5mwb reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold balances pending a full investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5mwb login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 5mwb support immediately via live chat.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5mwb supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your 5mwb account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 5mwb does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• 5mwb reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• 5mwb reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. This may result in a temporary hold on the withdrawal pending document verification.

Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the 5mwb Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 5mwb is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5mwb offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 5mwb reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless otherwise specified.
• 5mwb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated software, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or use bonuses during the exclusion period.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 5mwb Platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs ) to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories.

Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. 5mwb accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 5mwb reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win, 5mwb reserves the right to void that win and correct the account balance accordingly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5mwb Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to 5mwb support immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5mwb staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 5mwb Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of 5mwb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 5mwb.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5mwb, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

5mwb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5mwb account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5mwb does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming

5mwb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

12. Privacy

Your use of the 5mwb Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 5mwb, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 5mwb support via live chat. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
